Essential Spa Massage               50 Min $49 The primary goals of our customized Essential Spa Massage technique is to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Going beyond relaxation, massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. Signature Massage                     60 min $115         90 min $145 Swedish massage, hot towels and your choice of two enhancements; deep tissue, aromatherapy, back scrub, back mask, scalp treatment, reflexology, hot stones, or hands & feet exfoliation.            Swedish Massage            30 min. $45         60 min. $80     90 min. $110 The most commonly offered massage technique. Swedish uses long strokes and kneading of the muscles. It is used primarily for full body sessions to promote full relaxation, circulation, and relieve muscle tension. Swedish Detox Massage        60 min. $100     90 min. $130  Swedish Detox massage is a form of bodywork designed to naturally detoxify and rid the body of unhealthy toxins. Utilizing specific essential oils of sweet orange, lemon and peppermint to eliminate toxins and assist in stimulating blood circulation.  Additional essential oils may also be used for body refining or firming which contain Linden Extract to soften & calm, eucalyptus and rosemary to tone and relax.  Aromatherapy Massage          60 min. $100     90 min. $130 Incorporates the use of essential plant and vegetable oils into the massage session.  Inhale and Exhale to release whatever ails you.  Special blended Aromatherapy oils address a wide range of concerns, from stress relief to jet-lag. Deep Tissue           30 min. $65        60 min. $100     90 min. $130    Releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through long slow strokes and deep finger pressure on tensed areas. Improves body alignment and freedom of movement.  A variety of techniques are used to deeply manipulate muscle and connective tissue to release pain and stiffness.  Specify a particular area to be worked on or the whole body. Sports Massage       30 min. $65        60 min. $100     90 min. $130    Similar to Deep Tissue but focuses on the muscles relevant to a particular athletic activity. More vigorous and deeper than Swedish massage. Reflexology for Hands and/or Feet         30 min. $44      60 min $80      An ancient Chinese technique applying pressure to points mainly on the feet but also on the hands and ears which correspond to specific organs and structures of the body.  This massage addresses all areas of the body by stimulating circulation and opening up reflex zones. Warm Stone Massage                   60 min. $100     90 min. $130 Harnessing the properties of the volcanic Basalt stones, which are bathed in warm water and anointed with essential oils. The stones are placed on key energy points on the body evoking an aura of warmth. The deep penetrating heat from the stones is used to massage the body with traditional techniques designed to relieve muscle tension and balance the spirit.*Not for clients with diabetes, high blood pressure & pregnancy. Pre and Post Natal Massage             60 min. $80    90 Min. $110  This massage is specifically targeted to help swollen legs, burning back muscles and increases circulation.  *For Second & Third trimester only.  MASSAGE ENHANCEMENTS ~ $20 Each Enhancements can be added to any massage or facial service to customized your spa experience. One enhancment for every 30 minutes of massage.  *Does not extend the time of the massage.
